About the Role

Great creative is only the beginning. The real challenge is turning creative into sustained business results.

As a Senior Client Strategy Lead, you'll own the ongoing success of a portfolio of enterprise customers after their initial creative strategy has been established.

Working alongside our Creative Strategists, you'll help customers understand what's working, what isn't, and what to do next. You'll translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations, help customers adopt new AI capabilities, and ensure every account continues to improve over time.

You'll become the strategic partner customers rely on long after the first campaigns launch. Success in this role is measured by customer retention, platform adoption, performance improvement, and account growth.

Responsibilities
Own the Customer Relationship
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers after onboarding.
  • Build trusted relationships with marketers, media buyers, creative teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead recurring business reviews focused on customer objectives, campaign performance, and future opportunities.
  • Coordinate across Creative Strategy, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure every customer receives exceptional support.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by sharing insights that influence product direction and best practices.


Turn Performance Into Action
  • Analyze campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Creative Strategists to prioritize new creative testing opportunities.
  • Help customers understand why campaigns succeed or underperform and recommend practical next steps.
  • Introduce customers to new AI capabilities, workflows, and product features that improve efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Ensure insights from every campaign are incorporated into future testing strategies.


Drive Customer Growth
  • Monitor customer health, adoption, and overall account performance.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen platform adoption and expand customer relationships.
  • Partner with Sales on renewals, account planning, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build business cases based on customer outcomes and measurable ROI.
  • Help develop customer success stories, best practices, and playbooks that can be scaled across the organization.

You probably have:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, client strategy, account management, consulting, customer success, agency account leadership, or growth marketing.
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market customer relationships.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Meta, TikTok, Google, and other major digital advertising platforms, including campaign management, creative optimization, measurement, attribution, experimentation, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Experience partnering with creative strategists, media buyers, or performance marketing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.
  • A commercial mindset and a track record of growing customer relationships by consistently delivering measurable value.
  • Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for helping customers adopt new technologies that improve advertising performance.
