Role Overview:We are looking for a high-performing
Client Partner to drive
new logo acquisition in the U.S. market. This role is focused on
hunting and closing net-new enterprise clients, building strong C-level relationships, and unlocking long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and close net-new logos across the assigned territory/vertical
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including solutioning and commercial negotiation
- Engage and influence C-suite decision-makers to position value-based solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams for impactful pitches
- Meet and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets and KPIs
Qualifications:- 8-15 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a focus on new business development
- Proven track record of closing large deals ($1M in ACV) in IT services, consulting
- Strong relationships in key verticals (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of digital transformation, AI/ML, cloud, or data services
- Experience working in a matrixed global delivery model
