Job Title: Senior Client Partner - New Logo Acquisition

Location: USA (Remote)

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports To: VP - Sales / Regional Head

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Client Partner to drive new logo acquisition in the U.S. market. This role is focused on hunting and closing net-new enterprise clients, building strong C-level relationships, and unlocking long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and close net-new logos across the assigned territory/vertical
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including solutioning and commercial negotiation
  • Engage and influence C-suite decision-makers to position value-based solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams for impactful pitches
  • Meet and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets and KPIs

Qualifications:
  • 8-15 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a focus on new business development
  • Proven track record of closing large deals ($1M in ACV) in IT services, consulting
  • Strong relationships in key verticals (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
