Responsibilities- Lead development of change strategies and plans
- Collaborate with enterprise communications partners to align executive messaging with change strategies or key messaging
- Conduct change readiness and adoption assessments.
- Mentor junior team members
- Lead change retrospectives and lessons learned sessions
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and PMO teams
- Drive alignment across multi business units and ensure change strategies support enterprise priorities and stakeholder readiness
- Deliver change management presentations and Prosci-based training to internal stakeholders to support skill building for project teams, leaders, and front-line employees
- May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in change management or related field
- Complete knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization

- Advanced knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Master's Degree or MBA
- Prosci or equivalent certification
