Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing. Responsibilities include setting the product/supply strategy and total cost management to meet the service/product needs of our Cintas locations; managing a number of Category Managers; employee-partner development; market/data analysis for creating and managing Sourcing strategies; critical negotiating skills on cost control and reduction with current and prospective suppliers; administration of the team; management of supplier contracts and continuous supplier performance evaluation relative to business needs and market conditions; creating a cross-functional work environment to engage key stakeholders, which are both the Cintas locations utilizing the designated suppliers, as well as other internal departments that are involved in establishing strategies.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• 2 years' Supply Chain experience
• 5 years' sourcing/purchasing experience

Preferred

• Management and development of a team
