Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience managing large, complex portfolios
• Demonstrated success in international negotiations, preferably with European suppliers
• Strong knowledge of Government Procurement, FAR, DFARS, and CPSR compliance
• Exceptional contract negotiation skills with a focus on optimal sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement for New Product Introduction and production purchasing across multiple commodities
• Manage large-scale procurement portfolios aligned with business objectives

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through effective negotiations
• Analyze material requirements with MRP systems to align with production schedules

• Monitor market trends and commodity pricing for strategic decision-making
• Drive process improvements, cost savings, and mentor junior team members
• Utilize SAP ERP for purchasing processes and inventory tracking
