Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP Master Data Management with focus on Operations within the Enterprise Data Management Team. This role requires a deep functional understanding of Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP), specifically tailored to the complexities of the semiconductor industry. Your expertise will help address complex supply chain challenges, strengthen data governance and observability, and enable trusted, high-quality data across the supply chain.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead solutions & functional design for PP/MM master data domains: Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, ECN/Engineering Change data.
  • Serve as the strategic link between business processes and technical data architecture.
  • You will be responsible for the integrity, governance, and optimization of critical supply chain and production data objects.
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Integration- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to streamline New Product Introduction (NPI), Mass Production (MP), Product Data Management (PDM), and change-control processes from PLM to SAP ERP
  • Provide senior-level production support and drive enhancements, including incident management, root-cause analysis, and functional specifications, and testing of enhancements (including user exits, BAdIs, workflows).
  • Partner with business teams to define data taxonomy, catalog, lineage, and data quality KPIs across operations, engineering, planning, and finance, while driving MDM/DQM initiatives using tools such as SAP MDG, or Informatica to ensure consistent enterprise-wide data governance.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and architecture teams to translate complex operations and supply chain requirements into scalable, automated, and AI-enabled data and process solutions.
  • Influence C-level, VP level executives, business owners and IT partners to align on process transformation, data governance and data strategy to support company growth.


What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, information systems, supply chain/industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Materials Management, including at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation in MM/PP.
  • Deep functional understanding of and hands-on experience with PP/MM master data (Materials, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, ECNs etc.)
  • Proven experience on PLM integration with SAP (e.g., PTC Windchill or similar)
  • Solid background in enterprise data governance and MDM/DQM in operations or manufacturing domains, including use of tools such as SAP MDG, Informatica, or Collibra.
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP production support and enhancements: incident/problem management, root-cause analysis, functional design, testing and release management.
  • Familiarity with SAP custom enhancements (user exits, BAdIs, workflows) and ability to work closely with ABAP/technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Experienced with controlled firefighter/emergency access in SAP production, including relevant controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to work effectively with executives, business process owners, architects, developers, and global operations teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and data platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or Claude to improve automation, data quality, and decision-making


Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
