In this hybrid role, you will report to our Head of Business & Operations Recruiting.
You will:- Own the end-to-end recruiting process - from sourcing through close - creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch experience for each and every candidate.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform and evolve our hiring strategy.
- Utilize data and insights to influence hiring strategy - including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
- Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and tooling.
- Experience with Greenhouse.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
You have:- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
- Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
We prefer:- Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with international teams.
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. $168,000-$207,000 USD
