The Opportunity

The Business Product Manager, Media & Social Operations owns the product roadmap to contribute to the delivery of enterprise-grade products that streamline and automate media and social operations workflows. This role bridges internal marketing teams, agency partners, and production operations—building solutions that reduce time-to-market, decrease agency dependency, and enable self-serve, scalable execution of media campaigns at enterprise level.

You will partner with stakeholders across marketing, media operations, offshore production teams, and technology to define product requirements, prioritize capabilities, and ship products that empower teams to launch campaigns faster while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap

  • Own end-to-end product roadmaps for media/social operations tools, prioritizing high-value, efficient solutions.
  • Bridge business and tech teams to translate stakeholder needs into scalable products.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to speed up time-to-market and lower agency reliance.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback to guide product priorities and backlog refinement.
  • Communicate product vision and business cases to cross-functional leadership.

Product Requirements & Delivery

  • Define clear product requirements, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with IT on roadmap prioritization and validate outcomes during business reviews.
  • Convert stakeholder feedback into actionable, prioritized requirements.
  • Establish and track capability success metrics and KPIs post-launch.
  • Collaborate with CX to ensure self-serve products are user-friendly.

Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration

  • Act as primary liaison between product, marketing, agencies, and production teams.
  • Assess operational feasibility for new feature ideas and integrations.
  • Translate agency workflows and operational constraints into technical specs.
  • Proactively update stakeholders on roadmap progress, risks, and trade-offs.

Product Portfolio

Own the strategy and delivery of media operations products across key domains:

  • Asset Trafficking & Campaign Setup 6 Build self-serve and automated tools to streamline campaign setup and asset management across media platforms, reducing manual workflows and agency reliance.
  • Social Listening & Community Management 6 Develop capabilities for social monitoring, insights extraction, performance analysis, and streamlined comment engagement and triage.
  • Media QA Automation 6 Define automated QA workflows to validate media assets and campaign trafficking data at scale, minimizing manual effort and vendor dependency.
  • Knowledge & Insights 6 Create systems that aggregate operational knowledge and data to drive informed decision-making and optimize execution performance.

Each product should directly contribute to reducing time-to-market, decreasing agency dependency, and enabling self-serve, scalable media operations.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with tech and data teams on constraints, integrations, and data.
  • Ensure products meet healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with analytics to enable measurement frameworks and reporting.
  • Validate product viability with offshore production and operations teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Track post-launch product adoption, user engagement, and impact.
  • Identify optimizations using operational data and user feedback.
  • Drive iterative product updates based on learnings and evolving needs.
  • Promote user-centered product thinking across the operations team.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, marketing, or a related field
  • You have 5 years of experience, with 3+ years in product management, product operations, or digital product roles
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps, including feature planning, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience driving experimentation and optimization
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear product requirements
  • Experience with media operations, marketing technology, or adtech ecosystems
  • Deep familiarity with digital media platforms (Sprinklr, Meta, Google, programmatic display, social channels) and their operational workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or equivalent product leadership experience
  • 3+ years of product management experience specifically in martech, adtech, or media operations environments
  • Experience owning and shipping automation or self-serve tools that reduced operational overhead or agency dependency
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, campaign management systems, or media workflow tools
