Hours Required: Full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-5 PM in the office. IN-PERSON POSITION.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound sales calls to business owners exploring funding options
• Qualify leads and identify their business's financial needs
• Explain products clearly and confidently
• Lead the conversation, handle objections, and keep deals moving
• Send and track application documents through DocuSign
• Follow up consistently until the deal is funded
• Hit daily and weekly call/production targets

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience required
• Merchant Cash Advance or business financing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners by phone
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Clear spoken and written English
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
