SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERAbout the Role: Vitacore is looking for a driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Manager to help bring some of Canada's most innovative healthcare and sustainability technologies to market. This is not a traditional sales role. You'll work across a growing portfolio that includes medical devices, custom CPAP solutions, PPE, battery recycling, healthcare recycling programs, and future technologies currently being developed by our R&D team.
We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening new markets, and turning innovative ideas into commercial success. You'll work with everyone from hospitals and sleep clinics to distributors, government organizations, industrial partners, and corporate customers.

Responsibilities include:• Develop and execute business development strategies across Vitacore's growing product portfolio.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across healthcare, government, industrial, and commercial sectors.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, health authorities, sleep clinics, distributors, municipalities, corporate customers, and strategic partners.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
- Manage key customer accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Represent Vitacore at customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Leadership to successfully launch new products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify future opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing solutions rather than simply selling products.
Skills and Qualifications:- 7+ years of business development or strategic sales experience.
- Proven success developing new business and growing key accounts.
- Experience selling into one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
- Healthcare
- Medical devices
- Hospitals or health authorities
- Sleep clinics
- Government
- Environmental or sustainability programs
- Industrial or B2B markets
- Experience managing complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable engaging with executives, clinicians, procurement teams, government organizations, distributors, and end users.
- Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
Compensation:• $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary + uncapped commission + bonuses
