Position Title: Senior Business and Financial Analyst

Clearance required: Active Secret required, Active TOP SECRET clearance or eligibility for SCI access is highly desirable.

Salary range: $112,000 - $150,000

**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense financial management, budget execution, forecasting, and funds tracking activities within NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NSWCDD, or other major acquisition organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating financial management, cost analysis, scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and program execution metrics to support acquisition decision making and operational capability delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting cost estimating activities, affordability analysis, "Should Cost" initiatives, spend plan development, or financial risk assessments associated with complex acquisition programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large financial datasets and provide data-driven recommendations supporting program affordability, resource allocation, and accelerated acquisition execution.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Seven (7) years of experience performing financial analysis is required.
  • Active SECRET clearance required; active TOP SECRET clearance or eligibility for SCI access is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in the following areas: financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial software is required.
  • Experience supporting Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, budget formulation, obligation/expenditure tracking, and financial execution reviews are highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting Acquisition Category I (ACAT I), Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs), Integrated Combat Systems, Battlespace Integration, or other complex defense acquisition environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Navy ERP, Integrated Business Planning and Execution System (IBPES), NEPS, ACEIT, CCaR, Power BI, Tableau, or similar financial and analytical tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience preparing or supporting Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), Selected Acquisition Report (SAR), budget exhibits, Congressional data calls, execution reviews, or senior leadership financial briefings is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional coordination between financial management, systems engineering, scheduling, logistics, contracting, and acquisition stakeholders is highly desirable.
