Job Description Summary
Responsible for the measurement, analysis and reporting of productivity and sales metrics within an assigned business group. Handles report construction and projects with a high level of priority or difficulty.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and analyze lead prioritization and automated engagement actions.
  • Develop insights and understanding of business performance based on data and statistical methods.
  • Communication and presentation of reports and in-depth analysis, including recommendations for optimizing campaigns, business processes and sales efficiencies.
  • Provide analytics and improvement recommendations related to rep/agent productivity, sales metrics, process efficiencies and strategy forecasts.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the business and systems within the supported group; analyze systems and sales processes.
  • Resolve technical issues, such as report/query malfunction, lapse in visualization stability/functionality and lead distribution mechanics.
  • Assist team members as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in data analytics, process improvement or other relevant work.
  • Advanced understanding of data tools for visualization, extraction, modeling, CRM solutions and SQL.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to perform high-level analysis and resolve technical issues.

  • Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation:

The salary for this position generally ranges between $85,000-$100,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

Bonus Eligibility:

This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
