Position DescriptionJoin a third-generation, family-owned commercial construction company with over 70 years of excellence and a strong commitment to community. We're seeking an adaptable, driven Senior Business Analyst who thrives in a team-oriented, professional environment.
Essential Duties:- Lead business discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering to identify operational needs and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and user experience.
- Develop business requirements, workflow documentation, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives from planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Partner with executives, managers, and stakeholders to evaluate challenges, recommend solutions, and prioritize strategic initiatives.
- Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Establish and maintain standards for business analysis, documentation, requirements management, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement, support, and enhance business applications and technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot functional system issues and ensure solutions align with organizational goals and operational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts and support technology-enabled business transformation initiatives.
Position RequirementsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Demonstrated success leading enterprise projects and cross-functional initiatives with a focus on achieving business objectives and delivering measurable results
- Proven ability to facilitate executive-level discussions, stakeholder meetings, and collaborative workshops
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing business requirements, process maps, workflow documentation, and functional specifications
- Proficiency in evaluating, implementing, and supporting business processes and technology solutions; experience working with ERP, HRIS, project management, and construction management platforms preferred
- Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and professional presentation abilities; collaborative and consultative approach to partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Education / Experience:- Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Construction Management preferred.
- 7+ years of Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Process Improvement, or related experience.
- Knowledgeable on Procore and Trimble products
- An IIBA-issued business analysis certification (ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP) will be required within six months of hire.
