Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Experience gathering requirements and supporting technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation.
- Experience with system integrations, data flows, and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and application connectivity.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA/testing processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure concepts, and security practices.
