Senior Business Advisor within National Claims Learning & Development (L&D) - Coordination & Enablement.
You'll play a key role in transforming how L&D operates across the national team. As a strategic partner to L&D leaders, you'll help build and improve the tools, processes, governance, dashboards, and learning solutions that enable teams to work smarter, learn more effectively, and deliver consistent results.
This fast-paced role is ideal for a curious, proactive problem-solver who can turn complex information into simple, practical solutions while navigating ambiguity and driving adoption.
What you'll do
- Lead projects that improve L&D processes, workflows, tools, and ways of working across the national team.
- Support the implementation of change by assessing impacts, aligning stakeholders, and helping leaders plan for adoption and sustainment.
- Develop and standardize tools, templates, governance practices, and reporting routines that improve consistency and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and continuously improve the L&D lifecycle.
- Analyze learning and performance data-including ramp-up time, proficiency, and knowledge retention-to identify opportunities and recommend practical actions.
- Develop and enhance dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making and measure the benefits of improvements.
- Partner with L&D management teams and stakeholders to translate insights into sustainable improvements embedded in daily practice.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience working in project management, operations/process improvement, consulting, and/or L&D enablement.
- Familiar with HR technology (Learning management systems, HRIS, etc.) and learning design tools.
- Strong change and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment, collaboration and adoption across teams.
- Proven ability to simplify and standardize ways of working and implement solutions that scale.
- Analytical and comfortable using data to set priorities and measure outcomes (KPIs/metrics).
- Highly organized, proactive, and continuous-improvement oriented.
