Under the direction of Senior Manager, PMN, and broker relations will serve as the strategy and business development partner for Northern California and Providence Medical Network (PMN) to help grow Medicare Advantage and Commercial HMO business, including net new membership growth and increased patient retention.
Required qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, or Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
- 7 years Medicare Advantage and/or Individual and Family plans.
- 6 years Job related experience, preferably with deep technical and/or subject matter expertise.
- 6 years Management or administrative experience in health care, preferably in an integrated health delivery network.
- 4 years Leadership experience, which may include direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience, or other related experience.
- 2 years Direct supervisory experience.
- Experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with the broker community.
- Experience in a health care organization, health system, health plan or broker consulting field
- Experienced in overall business strategy and analysis including marketing, quality, and financial analytics.
- Excellent program management experience, including development of strategic plans, metrics and monitoring processes.
- Experience that demonstrates effectiveness in accomplishing objectives in a complex organization
Preferred qualifications:- Event planning and coordination.
