BASIC FUNCTIONS
Increase maturity of BPS in LctP by:
Providing instruction on BPS topics including Value Stream Design, Standardized Work, Working According to Standards, Shop Floor Management Cycle, 5S, TPM, Daily Leadership Routines, Shopfloor Involvement.
Evaluating current manufacturing systems to determine areas of potential improvement.
Analyzing data to support system design.
Providing support for BPS metrics, auditing, and assessment processes.
Moderation/Facilitator/Trainer Skills
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualifications
5 plus years in a lean manufacturing environment - manufacturing/shopfloor experience
Understanding of and experience using the Bosch Production System similar lean manufacturing systems and concepts
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential
Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Project planning, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize workload to meet established targets
