Senior Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA)Location: Naperville Clinic
Salary: $85,000-$90,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time (4 office days/week, with 1 flex day after 90-day onboarding)
You9ll oversee your assigned clinic to ensure high-quality outcomes for both clients and their families, lead our parent training curriculum, and partner closely with treating BCBAs to keep every treatment plan individualized and socially valid. You9ll also complete assessments and authorizations, step in for caseload coverage when needed, and help shape the next generation of clinicians through case management and staff training.

What You9ll Do:- Clinical Leadership & Oversight
- Oversee your assigned clinic to ensure quality outcomes for parent training objectives and client care
- Lead the IABA parent training curriculum, developing individualized goals in collaboration with each client9s treating BCBA
- Overlap with all assigned clients at minimum once per quarter to set and reinforce socially valid goals
- Support parents through tele-health, in-office, or in-home sessions depending on funding source
- Educate and engage clinic parents through weekly or bi-weekly parent training sessions
- Document parent progress and graph/analyze parent training data using Central Reach or Precision X
- Assessments & Case Management
- Complete assessments and authorizations as assigned by the Billing Department, under the supervision of your Clinical Supervisor
- Coordinate with treating BCBAs throughout the assessment process, including overlaps and treatment plan review
- Support intake cases in collaboration with the Clinical Director
- Assist the Clinical Director in assigning case management tasks to RBTs to support quality client care
- Provide caseload coverage as needed (e.g., during leave, PTO, or a BCBA vacancy)
- Team Development & Collaboration
- Work under the guidance of the Chief Clinical Director
- Support clinical documentation audits, serving as liaison to parents as needed
- Follow IABA9s guidelines for intern supervision
- Develop training materials for staff and client programming in collaboration with IABA leadership
- Complete the 8-hour RBT supervision course

What You9ll Bring:Required- Master9s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

- 2+ years of clinical experience as a BCBA working with children with developmental disabilities or autism

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Precision Teaching background
Qualifications:- Active state/national certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- NPI number and CAQH profile
- Ability to pass a background check
- First Aid/CPR certification (QBS Safety-Care training provided)
