- Support global tool adoption, workflow customization, and practical implementation of digital platforms used for collaboration, design review, model coordination, construction planning, 4D, 5D, and asset information delivery.
- Engage with project teams to identify digital needs, remove adoption barriers, improve consistency, and encourage repeatable approaches that enhance quality and efficiency.
- Lead Digital Governance activities, including the development, revision, and deployment of standards, procedures, guidance documents, and project delivery templates.
- Establish standardized digital quality review processes using model-based, data-driven, and collaborative review tools.
- Create and maintain templates, checklists, playbooks, onboarding materials, and training content that enable consistent implementation across projects.
- Work with design leads, BIM managers, project managers, information managers, and technical specialists to embed digital requirements into delivery plans and execution processes.
- Coach and mentor colleagues to build digital confidence, strengthen adoption, and develop a sustainable network of digital delivery champions.
- Maintain awareness of emerging digital delivery methods, industry practices, and technology trends that can improve project outcomes and client value.
