Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
• 10+ years of litigation experience for Senior Counsel role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong background in drafting motions and appellate briefs.
• Proven success in courtroom and mediation settings.
• Excellent legal, analytical, and strategic skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal court, including trials and mediations.
• Draft and argue legal motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on real estate and foreclosure matters.
• Manage cases from start to finish while ensuring compliance.
• Advise clients on case strategies and potential outcomes.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals when required.
