The RoleWe are seeking a new
Attorney with 7+ years of experience in
Insurance Defense to join our team. Your role will be to defend a variety of matters in our growing Boston, MA practice.
What You Will DoDefend a Variety of Insurance Defense matters as well as:- General Liability
- Personal Injury
- Product Liability
- Professional Liability
What You Will BringOur ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:- Experience with Labor & Employment Law.
- Experience with environmental and/or construction Litigation.
- Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
- The ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial is preferred.
Required Education & Licensure- Juris Doctorate Degree (J.D.).
- Active Massachusetts License (Required).
- Active Connecticut Bar Licensure (Required).
