The salary range for this position is $78,795.00 -$102,000.00 with benefits (state health insurance and retirement contributions) worth approximately $29,000.00 -$40,000.00 (per DMS).
Senior Attorney positions require two years of legal experience.
Employees of the Department of Financial Services are paid on a monthly pay cycle. There is no billing requirement for this position, as it is in Tallahassee.

The ideal Final Orders attorney has exceptional research and writing skills and the ability to work independently on a variety of legal issues. This position is within the Litigation and Special Projects section which represents the CFO and the Department in civil, appellate, and administrative litigation and provides legal counsel to the Divisions of Risk Management and Consumer Services, Florida's Insurance Consumer Advocate, the Office of the Inspector General, and the Office of Human Resources.
