The OpportunityAs a Senior Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of engagements, oversee the preparation and review of working papers, financial statements, and tax returns, and ensure quality service delivery for a diverse client base. You will be responsible for coaching junior team members, contributing to internal training, and strengthening client relationships.

If you have...- 5+ years post-CPA hands-on experience in a public accounting firm with experience in managing compilation, review, audit and/or tax engagements
- Experience working with tools such as Caseware, TaxPrep, Microsoft Office, and embrace opportunities to explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and client service.
- A proven ability to plan and review client engagements through overseeing the completion of working papers, audit strategies, financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns
- A focus on building and managing meaningful internal and external client relationships
- An insatiable curiosity to learn more and apply your technical knowledge to identify issues and offer recommended solutions for both your clients and co-workers
- A passion for fostering a collaborative team environment and acting as a leader and mentor through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured training programs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines and engagements
- A proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.

- Compensation: Competitive salary, benefits, and perks
- Hours: Full-time; additional hours may be required during peak periods
- Pay Range: $100,000 - $145,000
Compensation within the advertised range is based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and professional designations.
