About the Job

About the Job:

This role sits at the center of our investment process - originating, evaluating, underwriting, and managing opportunistic credit and equity investments.

You'll articulate our value as a capital provider directly to C-level executives, building the relationships that generate proprietary deal flow.

Roles:

  • Network with executives, advisors, and investment bankers to generate proprietary deal flow across debt and equity.
  • Perform financial analysis on public and private companies, including detailed modeling and credit documentation review.
  • Evaluate corporate debt and equity investments and structure recommendations.
  • Organize analysis and present investment ideas to the investment committee.
  • Partner with deal teams on diligence, underwriting, and ongoing management of portfolio investments.


Requirements:

  • 3-7 years in investment banking, private equity, alternative credit, or equivalent.
  • Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills.
  • Ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight and deliver results.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Persuasive, credible communicator - strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • High integrity, proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative.
