Full Job Description
What You Will Do

Senior Associates in Tyton Partners' strategy consulting practice work as core members of case teams to support our clients in solving their most pressing growth challenges. As a Senior Associate, you will be actively involved in all key phases of a consulting project, from brainstorming and hypothesis creation to research and strategy development, through the final delivery of recommendations to our clients. As part of a project team, you will take ownership over multiple workstreams on a consulting engagement and collaborate and coach colleagues to produce market-based insights and strategy recommendations.

A Senior Associate's primary responsibilities include:
• Owning and driving multiple project workstreams, developing expertise on critical questions that inform clients' strategy and decision-making
• Identifying key data sources and conducting primary and secondary research
• Developing hypotheses and conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses, including market and competitive landscaping, market sizing, financial analysis, and survey development and analysis
• Synthesizing research and analysis into clear, actionable insights and developing compelling PowerPoint presentations, research briefs, and other client deliverables
• Engaging directly with clients and delivering findings and recommendations in both informal and formal settings
• Collaborating with, coaching, and supporting junior team members to produce high-quality work
• Contributing to the development of the firm by leveraging internal and external networks, building deep knowledge of sector trends, and developing best practices

In addition, you will have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of consulting or other relevant professional services experience, including investment banking, market research, or another analytical field, and bring:
