Qualifications

• B.S or M.S. in Biological Engineering, Virology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AAV and/or lentiviral vector cell line development for GMP production
• Experience in transfections, viral transductions, flow cytometry, and quantitative gene expression analyses (ddPCR, qPCR, ELISA)
• Familiarity with viral genome and host cell genome engineering for virus production technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop stable producer cell lines for AAV and lentiviral vectors using advanced techniques
• Conduct biological assays such as ddPCR, ELISA, and flow cytometry
• Innovate workflows and applications to enhance research
• Collaborate on research projects focusing on viral vector therapeutics
• Design experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot methodologies
• Document detailed records of processes and results
• Act as a representative on project teams, communicating cell line development activities
