Job Description:

Blake Willson Group is seeking a Power Platform Analyst to support a federal acquisition office through the development and enhancement of business applications, workflow automation, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on Microsoft Power Platform expertise with business analysis and federal acquisition experience to translate complex requirements into scalable, user-focused solutions. In this position, you will:

• Create, configure, and enhance applications, workflows, and reporting capabilities using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate user stories into functional solutions, identify dependencies and gaps, and support estimation and requirements finalization.
• Design and implement scalable web applications, dashboards, forecasting tools, and data visualization solutions to support acquisition, program, and cost analysis activities.
• Develop system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and process documentation, including mapping acquisition and contracting processes from cradle-to-grave.
• Support system deployment and monitoring activities, including post-deployment log reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and implementation of system enhancements.
• Provide pre-award and post-award acquisition support, including requirements gathering, acquisition strategy development, market research, PWS development, IGCE preparation, CLIN recommendations, contract monitoring, performance assessments, invoice processing, and related contract execution activities.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of direct experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• 2+ years of experience performing business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and translating business requirements into functional technical solutions.
• 2+ years of experience supporting federal acquisition, contracting, program operations, cost analysis, or related federal business processes.

Desired Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, data analytics, and data visualization.
• Experience with SQL, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with system design, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting federal acquisition and contracting activities, including acquisition strategy, market research, PWS, IGCE, CLIN development, and contract monitoring.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification is strongly preferred.

At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
