Senior Associate, Learning (Differential Investment Programs)
As a Senior Associate, Differential Investment Programs, you will be at the forefront of executing development programs for high-potential leaders across the enterprise. You will work closely with program leads, business partners, and HR business partners to deliver world-class learning experiences and development strategies.
Your role is to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will own the day-to-day lifecycle of impactful programs, ensuring every touchpoint is high-quality, associate-centric, and aligned with Capital One's mission and values.

In this role you will...You will support the end-to-end execution and iteration of our flagship development programs. Your goal is to ensure that every cohort is better than the last by leveraging data, fostering deep partnerships, and maintaining a "customer-backed" obsession with the learner journey.
- Support the end-to-end execution and iteration of our Leadership development programs to ensure every cohort is better than the last by leveraging data and fostering deep partnerships.
- Support a continuous improvement loop by conducting comprehensive retros after each cohort and analyzing survey data to implement systemic improvements.
- Manage stakeholder and speaker relationships by acting as the primary liaison for executive speakers to ensure they are briefed and seamlessly integrated into the program.
- Maintain cross-functional synergy by partnering closely with HRBPs and Learning Consultants to align on talent needs.
- Work with the communications teams to ensure program narratives and critical updates are cascaded effectively across the enterprise.
- Maintain budget and data integrity by collaborating with the Operations team to build and track program budgets, manage distribution lists, and renew vendor contracts.
Basic Qualifications:- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or Project Management.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience navigating organizational networks to identify project stakeholders.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of leadership.
- Experience working independently to meet project deadlines.
- Experience executing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in data analysis, organizational design, or project management.
- Experience in problem solving and interpersonal communication

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. Learning Associate
Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Learning Associate
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
