About the RoleWe're hiring a Senior Associate, Insurance S&O to help drive the operational, analytical, and cross-functional work needed to launch and scale multiple insurance initiatives in parallel. This person will support go-to-market execution through experiment management, reporting, vendor and procurement follow-through, and day-to-day program management, helping the team translate insights into product adoption and business impact. You will report into the Insurance Strategy & Operations lead on our Risk & Insurance team.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...- Run high-velocity operational tests and pilots that generate insights and help shape new products and programs from zero to one.
- Partner with Analytics and cross-functional teams to track performance, synthesize learnings, and inform go-to-market decisions.
- Support execution across a portfolio of insurance initiatives as they move from early concept through launch and scale.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive vendor readiness, procurement follow-through, and operational launch execution.
- Help build the processes, reporting, and operating rhythm needed to support growth, including international expansion.
We're excited about you because...- You have 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Product Operations, consulting, program management, or a related field.
- You have strong analytical skills, including experience using SQL to answer business questions or evaluate performance.
- You have experience independently managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
- You can communicate clearly in written and verbal formats and turn data and ambiguity into structured recommendations.
- You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and balancing executional detail with broader business context.

CompensationThe successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$105,400-$155,000 USD
