What you'll do

You'll collaborate with prime brokers to resolve trade breaks and maintain smooth operational workflows.
You'll handle monthly reconciliations of tri-party positions, cash, market values, and accruals, while also preparing performance estimates for COO clients.
You'll review monthly Administrator NAV packages, update portfolio accounting systems when needed, and maintain fund accrual schedules.
You'll process corporate actions such as dividends, splits, and mergers for client portfolios, while serving as a point of escalation for complex issues.

Qualifications
You must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, with three plus years of financial services experience, specifically in middle office work with alternative investment funds.
You need strong expertise in financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, bank debt, repos, options, swaps, futures, and FX spot/forward contracts, along with advanced knowledge of margin processes and cash projections.
You should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong communication skills for managing client relationships, while being hard-working, punctual, and personable.
You are expected to have a solid understanding of hedge funds and private equity, strong accounting and analytical skills, and advanced computer proficiency, especially in Excel and portfolio accounting systems like Enfusion or Geneva.
You will be required to work full-time in the office, applying your dedication and technical expertise to support operational and client-facing responsibilities.
