Senior Associate, Campaign Management - Business Cards & Payments
The Role:
Our mission is to be a catalyst and enabler for the business to achieve its growth targets through the delivery of quality, well-managed campaigns.The Senior Associate, Campaign Managementwill be responsible for supporting the delivery of BC&P marketing and servicing campaigns that support the strategy and product needs of the organization.
Specific responsibilities include:
All aspects of project management for assigned campaigns, including but not limited to:
Schedule building
Intent Owner communication
Leading status meetings/office hours
Providing progress updates
Fulfillment tasks
Collaborate with intent owners to refine intent prior to kick-off
Deliver well-managed campaign execution and support audits and exams as needed
Enabling associates to deliver their best work across creative, digital, and segmentation builds
Gathering data and metrics to inform team reporting

Ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters / MBA degree
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience
- At least 1 year of People Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Work experience achieving results with complex projects

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project ManagerNew York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
