Job Title: Senior Associate, Business Intelligence Analyst Job Location: Palm Bay, FLJob Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off Job Description: L3Harris is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical associate to join our team and support business intelligence, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. As part of a dynamic, matrixed organization, this role will provide hands-on experience with business and financial reporting, forecasting, dashboard development, process automation, and executive-level insights using analytics tools.
Essential Functions: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, SSRS, SQL, and Excel.
- Build and support SharePoint sites, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows to improve collaboration and streamline processes.
- Analyze business, financial, and operational data to support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- Prepare reports comparing budgets, forecasts, and actual results, including explanations for key variances.
- Support cost allocation, EACs, EV metrics, CPI tracking, and manpower forecasting.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support decision-making.
- Provide end-user support and recommend process and technology improvements
Qualifications:- To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
