ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities: As a Senior Art Director, you'll lead the concepting, design and execution of groundbreaking ideas. Working alongside a partner, you'll solve problems for clients with visual solutions and creative storytelling.
In this role, you are expected to:
- Understand the difference between a concept and an execution, while executing both flawlessly.
- Create a range of powerful, doable solutions and unique designs for each project.
- Partner with copywriters to ensure the copy direction and visual presentation work together to make the concept powerful and compelling.
- Know how to communicate ideas through a variety of practices like adlobs, scripts, storyboards, presentations and more.
- Present to clients with passion, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness.
- Lead teams of designers, producers, and production artists to execute work across channels.
- Know how to read a brief and use insights to guide work.
- Understand and interpret company brand guideless with confidence.
- Balance multiple projects at the same time.
- Understand modern design trends and current social concepts to create work that's relevant.
QualificationsOther things you'll need:- An inability to settle on "good enough."
- Curiosity for discovering what's next and trying something new.
- Being proactive with ideas for clients, even without a brief or assignment
- Energy, open-mindedness, and a sense of humor.
- A portfolio that shows off great ideas, no matter where they live.
- Software skills: The Adobe suite and AI programs.
- Five to seven years of art direction and design experience, preferably in a competitive, creative agency
- Awards are nice, but original ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $124,432.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
