Senior Architect, DevSecOps - (employer: Sirius XM Radio LLC; job location: Irving, TX) - Support internal and external customers in solutioning and troubleshooting issues with the Digital Customer and Telematics services platform. Represent company brand and technology to OEM and B2B partners. Own technology platform intake processes for enhancements and defects. Perform hands-on API integration, log analysis, and active troubleshooting across components teams. Document technical flaws and diagrams, and present them to internal and external customers' technical staff, sales and product staff, and executive staff. Coordinate across product agile pods with engineering and product to drive platform improvements. Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or a software developer/engineer position or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, plus 5 years of progressive post-Bachelor's experience in the position offered or a software developer/engineer position.
