What You’ll Do Application Support & Optimization • Provide high-quality customer service and end-user support, including configuring applications, building system tables/dictionaries, creating user access, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation across our entire ERP system. • Monitor service requests and system functionality, identify problems and root causes, and lead efforts to resolve issues and improve system performance. • Collaborate with end users to implement, optimize, and maintain application systems and content. Project Management & Implementation • Serve as project manager for the implementation, support, and integration of healthcare information systems. • Participate in system planning, design, build, testing, training, and go-live activities. • Manage work plans, timelines, and project tasks while coordinating with users, vendors, and leadership. • Facilitate project teams and guide decision-making across departments to ensure successful project outcomes. Systems Integration & Workflow Improvement • Translate clinical and operational needs into functional system requirements. • Serve as liaison between end users and software vendors. • Assist with development of system interfaces, workflow design, table mapping, and specification development. • Conduct integrated system testing and apply quality management principles to ensure system reliability. Continuous Improvement • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and issue management skills. • Support change management and production system updates. • Stay current with healthcare technology trends and pursue professional development opportunities. Required Qualifications • Minimum of one of the following: - Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Health Information Technology, or related field, OR - 5+ years of healthcare IT or related industry experience • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning - Current Oracle Fusion certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire • Demonstrated project management experience, including implementation of software application systems • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism • Solid understanding of personal computers and common software applications (such as Microsoft Office) Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with hospital or clinic application systems • Experience with Meditech and/or Oracle Fusion • Experience supporting software application implementation and optimization • Familiarity with database structures, reporting tools, or data management systems • Knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical operations Qualifications: • Minimum of one (1) of the following required: - Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Health Information Technology or related field. - Minimum of five (5) years’ related job or industry experience. • Possess leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills required. • Strong understanding of both common software applications (ex. MS Office) and personal computers required.  Experience with hospital and clinic application systems (preferably Meditech), application support, implementation experience, database structures/tools, and reporting tools preferred. • Possess project management skills and experience implementing software application systems required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences. • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
