An Oracle Fusion Applications Specialist supports, configures, and optimizes Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) to ensure system stability and business process efficiency. They are responsible for application administration, troubleshooting, developing reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), and managing integrations. Key roles include implementing modules, upgrading systems, and collaborating with functional teams.
- Module Expertise: Specializing in specific areas such as Finance (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), or Procurement.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Resolving functional and technical issues, analyzing errors, and providing user support. Develop, maintain and support custom applications built on the VBCS platform and Redwood.
- Reporting & Analytics: Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
- Integration & Data Management: Facilitating data migration and integration with other systems using tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import), REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud). Familiarity working with Oracle databases and coding with PL/SQL a plus.

QualificationsEducation and ExperiencePrevious experience with ERP/HCM implementations, support or managed services.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsOracle Certified Expert (OCE) certifications in Fusion modules are highly desirable, not required.
Management/Decision MakingApplies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within the Agile Team. Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems based on precedent, example, reasonableness or a combination of these. Knows when to refer issues to supervisor and when to handle them personally.
