For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Travel: This role will travel up to 40-50% to customers across the U.S.
What You'll Do- Work on Complex Projects: Design, configure, test, and execute advanced PCA solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Be a Safety Champion: Promote Schneider Electric's Safety-First culture in every aspect of your work.
What You Bring- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
- 4+ years of experience in Protection, Control, and Automation projects.
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric's LV/MV power systems.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Power systems and protection schemes.
- Protection relays and relay-based ATO schemes.
- Testing protocols for feeder, transformer, bus differential, arc flash, and motor protection.
- Experience and Proficiency in communication protocols: Modbus, DNP, IEC61850.
- Experience executing complex relay-based ATO schemes over IEC61850.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric's Medium and Low Voltage systems is a plus.
