What You'll Do
  • Work on Complex Projects: Design, configure, test, and execute advanced PCA solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Be a Safety Champion: Promote Schneider Electric's Safety-First culture in every aspect of your work.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
  • 4+ years of experience in Protection, Control, and Automation projects.
  • Knowledge of Schneider Electric's LV/MV power systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Power systems and protection schemes.
    • Protection relays and relay-based ATO schemes.
    • Testing protocols for feeder, transformer, bus differential, arc flash, and motor protection.
  • Experience and Proficiency in communication protocols: Modbus, DNP, IEC61850.
  • Experience executing complex relay-based ATO schemes over IEC61850.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.
  • Familiarity with Schneider Electric's Medium and Low Voltage systems is a plus.
