Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Application Developer - AWCS with strong expertise in PL/SQL and Oracle APEX to design, develop, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience across the full software development lifecycle, working closely with business users to deliver scalable solutions supporting warehouse management, distribution, and supply chain operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using PL/SQL and Oracle APEX.
• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Support the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Develop and optimize database objects, stored procedures, packages, functions, and queries.
• Build and maintain web services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Develop scalable and reliable applications supporting warehouse management and supply chain operations.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support CI/CD processes, version control, and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely application support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to software development best practices.

Required Qualifications
• 4-6+ years of experience in software development and application development engineering.
• 4-6+ years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL development.
• Strong experience developing applications using Oracle APEX.
• Experience with Oracle databases and database management systems.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, or similar version control and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with web services, APIs, and systems integration.
• Experience with software testing, quality assurance methodologies, and automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, containerization, and front-end development concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting warehouse management systems (WMS), distribution, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with warehouse and distribution workflows, terminology, and operational processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements directly from end users and supporting production deployments.
• Experience managing the complete software development lifecycle from requirements through post-production support.
• Ability and willingness to travel for training, implementation, and production support.
• Experience working in enterprise supply chain or logistics environments.
