Full Job Description
Performs advanced analytics and statistical modeling on technology-driven data sets to support strategic business decision making. Defines complex data requirements, collects, processes, cleans, analyzes, and visualizes data to identify patterns and trends, delivering insights that drive business strategies and support data science and big data initiatives.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Designs and executes complex data analyses to uncover actionable insights and inform business strategies. 2. Develops, validates, and implements advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms. 3. Creates comprehensive data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. 4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions. 5. Identifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and automation in data analysis workflows. 6. Supports and contributes to complex data science and big data projects and initiatives. 7. Works independently on large, complex projects with limited supervision. 8. Provides mentorship and guidance to junior analytics professionals within project or program contexts. 9. Ensures adherence to data governance, privacy, and security standards in all analytics activities. 10. Reviews and validates data quality and integrity to maintain reliable analytics outputs. Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Analytics, or related discipline. 2. Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). 3. Professional certifications in analytics or data science (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional). 4. Experience in enterprise technology or related industry sectors. 5.
