Position Summary...
The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, plays a critical role in optimizing end-to-end transportation and facility-to-facility operations across a large-scale, high-volume distribution network. This role leverages data, technology, and cross-functional partnerships to improve network efficiency, service performance, and cost. The Senior Analyst drives root cause resolution, identifies systemic improvements, and enables smarter, faster decision-making across the network, delivering measurable improvements in service, cost, and efficiency.

What you'll do...
  • Drive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain and transportation processes across multiple nodes
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights using dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve network efficiency, service performance, and cost
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of escalated issues across shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns
  • Enable consistent operational execution by setting clear expectations with suppliers and carriers and providing field-level guidance
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies using lean principles and end-to-end cost analysis
  • Build and influence cross-functional partnerships to align on priorities and deliver measurable outcomes

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
