Job Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining Business Continuity Program documentation, including but not limited to policies, standards, governance models, program procedures and tools and templates
Collaborate with other BCM team colleagues to plan and execute small projects that improve the BCM program27s services,tools,and standards
Prepare status reports and summary metrics for management
Assistwiththe required periodic plan updatesare completedandtabletopexercises are scheduled
Intheeventofanincident,provide BCM supportinthe crisis management response as directed andcommunicatebusinessrecoveryactivitiesandstatuscommunicationsto relevant crisis management team leaders
Interact with BCM participants to support their use of the Fusionsystem
Support cross-regional and cross-functional coordination of plans and activities across international sites and business units
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and Five Years' Experience
Masters' Degree and Three Years' Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Requires analytical thinking skillsRequires project management skills
Strong communication, interviewing,and presentation skills arerequired
Ability to work inadeadline-driven and multi-tasking environment
Understanding of corporate functions and ability to map processes
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, andPowerPoint)
Knowledge of standard Business Continuity Management (BCM) or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, e.g., COSO,ISO, or ICS (Incident Command Structure)
Experience working with AI models to create program content is a plus
Experience working in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across teams and levels
Business continuity certification, such as DRI International ABCP or CBCP or BCI (Business Continuity Institute), is a plus
Experience working in a multinational company is a plus
The salary range for this position is:
Bay Area: $109,650.00 - $141,900.00.Raleigh: - .
