About the Team: The Tooling Operations team partners with Operations, Process Improvement, Product, and Engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize guided workflow tools that support Marketplace Seller Support, Performance, and Risk Operations. This role is focused on operationalizing workflows for Risk Operations, ensuring consistent triage, decision-making, and execution across teams.
Senior Analysts leverage automation and emerging technologies to validate workflow functionality, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for enhancement. Through ongoing analysis of tooling outcomes, operational data, and associate feedback, they help drive continuous improvements and inform the product enhancement roadmap.
By combining cross-functional collaboration with data-driven insights, the team delivers scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance the associate experience, and support better outcomes for sellers and the business.
What You'll Do: - Analyze performance metrics across functional areas to identify trends and recommend improvements supporting business decisions.
- Conduct data-driven analysis and modeling to implement strategies, best practices, and process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategies that simplify workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Lead change initiatives by planning and executing transformational projects, managing expectations, and ensuring sustainable adoption.
- Monitor program performance, identify post-implementation issues, and develop resolutions to optimize outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on policies, compliance, and industry best practices to support organizational goals.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
