Full Job Description
This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week.

We are looking for world-class paid media talent to help us drive our Financial services' clients acquisition goals. In this role, you will oversee paid media strategy, execution, and investment decisions, driving performance outputs aligned with broader business objectives and unit economics. You'll dive deep into performance data, visitor behavior, attribution models, and advanced analytics to inform optimization, experimentation, and long-term growth opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end paid media strategy, including channel roadmap, testing frameworks, and measurement approach, with a primary focus on paid search and expansion into additional channels where impact is demonstrated.
  • Evaluate tradeoffs across growth, efficiency, and user experience to inform investment decisions and prioritize initiatives with the highest long-term impact.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across paid platforms, internal reporting tools, and visualization dashboards.
  • Define success metrics, assess data quality and limitations, and guide stakeholders toward decisions using imperfect or evolving measurement systems.
  • Lead experimentation strategy, including A/B and multivariate testing, to drive incremental improvements across core KPIs.
  • Develop and deliver performance insights and recommendations, acting as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve paid media processes and workflows by leveraging automation, AI-driven tools, and advanced analytics to increase efficiency, scalability, and decision quality.
  • Communicate strategy and performance insights to internal teams and external partners or vendors, influencing alignment through clear, data-driven storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to define requirements, support tracking needs, and enhance paid media landing page and site experiences.

What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience (3-6 years) owning paid media strategy and performance for high-volume or complex acquisition programs, with a track record of driving meaningful business impact.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a passion for performance marketing and growth economics.
  • Advanced excel skills and strong SQL experience, with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Experience navigating attribution, incrementality, and measurement bias, and the ability to explain tradeoffs clearly.
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or client-facing stakeholders is a plus, including the ability to communicate strategy and performance clearly.
  • Desire to work hands-on in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven, analytically rigorous environment.
