Opportunity OverviewWe are seeking an experienced investment professional to proactively identify, evaluate, and oversee high-quality investment solutions that align with our long-term investment philosophy, 4-pillar framework, and diverse stakeholder objectives. This role plays a critical part in helping clients achieve their financial goals through thoughtful portfolio construction, rigorous due diligence, and collaborative decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:Investment Research & OversightIdentify, recommend, and continuously monitor investment solutions across a broad range of asset classes, including fixed income, multi-asset, and balanced strategies. Coverage spans multiple vehicle types such as ETFs, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts (SMAs), ensuring flexibility and suitability for varied client needs.
Strategic Recommendation & CommunicationTranslate complex investment analysis into clear, concise, and actionable insights. Effectively communicate recommendations, portfolio implications, and timely market developments to internal teams and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Stakeholder PartnershipWork collaboratively across teams to drive strong client and firm outcomes. Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, aligning investment solutions with strategic objectives while fostering an inclusive, solutions-oriented culture.
Leadership & Team DevelopmentServe as a senior member of the team, modeling professionalism, sound judgment, and the firm's core values. Mentor and coach colleagues, cultivating high standards of performance, collaboration, and continuous learning across the group.
Impact & Continuous ImprovementContribute to the evolution of investment processes and frameworks by incorporating insights from market trends, portfolio outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to enhance the overall quality of investment solutions.
Position Requirements- Bachelors Degree in a relevant or complementary field to investment manager due diligence.
- 5+ years of industry experience preferred.
- Series 7 and 66 consistent with department policy or attained in alignment with department timelines.
- CFA required consistent with department policy or significant progress towards the CFA upon potential hire.
