Role summary: The Senior Analyst, Merchandising Replenishment, plays a critical role in implementing advanced inventory strategies to align with merchandising objectives. The role requires collaboration across teams to support item-level replenishment, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll do: - Develop and implement complex inventory strategies by building and validating forecasts aligned with merchandising needs.
- Analyze seasonal inventory flow and customer demand to optimize replenishment and support financial objectives.
- Monitor and calibrate store-level forecasts using inventory management systems and data analysis tools.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to manage item-level replenishment and resolve exceptions.
- Standardize processes by creating operating procedures, training materials, and automated tracking alerts.
- Provide expert guidance on inventory planning and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous enhancements in replenishment operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
