Sr. Analyst, HR Technology Operations, you will support the day-to-day administration and configuration of our HR technology environment while troubleshooting issues, supporting system enhancements, and identifying opportunities to improve processes. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced HR technology professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and providing exceptional support to HR stakeholders.
What You'll Do- Maintain and optimize HR system configurations, workflows, business rules, security, and user roles.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely production support and resolution for HR stakeholders.
- Support system enhancements, releases, patches, testing, and implementation projects.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR technology, improve processes, and reduce manual work.
- Maintain accurate and current system, configuration, and process documentation.
Qualifications/RequirementsRequired- 5+ years of relevant HR technology, HRIS, or HCM systems experience.
- Experience configuring HCM platforms, including system configurations, workflows, business rules, security, or related functionality.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with excellent attention to detail.
Preferred- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience supporting HR technology enhancements, testing, releases, or implementation projects.
- Experience identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve HR technology operations.

The annual salary range for this role is $88,841.20 - $133,261.80. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
