Jointhe Personal Lines Auto Program Delivery & Enhancements (PDE) Build team 1 our brand-new, high-visibility team shaping next-generation auto rating programs and the core frameworks PDE relies on to deliver efficiently and with precision.

In this role, you'll support our program filing strategy through research, analysis, and recommendations. You'll conduct research into complex filing strategy and DOI engagement questions, identify and help to clear roadblocks, and develop actionable recommendations that influence our filing strategies, processes, and tools. You'll partner withState Management, Program Management, Data Science,and other teams across the Delivery value stream to solve complex problems, remove roadblocks, and scale best practices across the portfolio. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape our strategy and approach 1 with exposure to senior leadership.

**This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location. The level of position offered will be based on skills and experience at manager discretion. **

What you'll do

• Research & recommend: Investigate Filing-strategy questions and synthesize your findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the team.
• Support the filing playbook: Develop a deep understanding of current filing processes, help identify and clear blockers, and contribute to decisions that make launches fast, repeatable, traceable, and accurate across all states.
• Put new tech to work: Integrate tools like AI into day-to-day workflows to boost quality, traceability, and speed-to-market.

Skills and experience that will lead to success in the role

• Experiencein product, pricing, filings, analytics, operations, or a related area
• Familiarity with regulatory filings, book migrations, and state departments of insurance
• Experience with insurance product and/or pricing concepts
• Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and strong steward of quality outcomes
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into structure
• Clear written and verbal communication 1 able to translate complex findings into concise recommendations

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or Insurance preferred; or equivalent experience
• Approx 5 or more years related work experience
• Knowledge of insurance principles and concepts required
• Advanced analytical/problem solving and research skills
• Effective communication skills for writing reports/proposals and making presentations
• Ability to work independently and lead others during projects
• Knowledge of the business practices and processes
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data base software

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
