Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Facilities Management, plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and safety across Walmart's facilities. This position involves managing facility operations, coordinating vendor relationships, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires expertise in workflow management, adherence to safety and ethical standards, and effective communication with stakeholders. The Senior Analyst contributes to budget oversight, compliance monitoring, and the implementation of business solutions that align with company policies and operational goals, fostering a secure and productive environment for associates and customers alike.
About the team:
The team oversees the full lifecycle of replacing and installing automotive, food equipment, balers, and compactors across Walmart and Sam's Club locations in the US. They coordinate project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and efficient delivery aligned with business objectives. Emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, the team upholds high standards of integrity and compliance. Members apply strong communication and project management skills to develop effective solutions that enhance operational excellence and support the company's mission and values.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
