Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc. (JJHCS), a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Payments to support our Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) team, located in Raritan, NJ!

The Enterprise Payments Senior Analyst will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant calculation and processing of rebates, administrative fees and other payments, in accordance with contractual obligations to Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), Distributors, acute care hospitals, and surgery centers throughout North America, on behalf of multiple J&J companies. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing the payments calculated by assigned analysts and addressing tactical and strategic payment processes to ensure team alignment with all applicable Guidance Documents, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular communication, coaching/feedback, and payment or system-related guidance to Enterprise Payments team members.
  • Operate in a deadline driven environment with direct customer interaction.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric focus, communicating effectively with internal/external business partners, troubleshoot issues of varying complexity, and follow up where needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and projects to drive operational efficiencies and increase effectiveness of the team.
  • Develop user requirements and perform business/user testing for system changes, new business transitions and new payment strategies.
  • Develop, run, and analyze required and ad-hoc payment reports for customers, field sales organization, and senior leadership.


Qualifications:

Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred


Experience and Skills:

Required:
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Ability to analyze & interpret large amounts of data, conduct impact and trending analysis, and summarize results for recommendation.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively consolidate and present information to business partners and management

Preferred:
  • Business experience in Contracting, Audit, Finance, or a related area preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Solid understanding of all phases of the contract continuum and business processes
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners and to influence and collaborate
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail, to effectively manage conflicting priorities, due dates, and results
  • Project management skills/experience

Other:
  • This position will require to work hybrid in Raritan, NJ with a minimum of 3 days per week and from home 2 days per week.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$79,000.00 - $127,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
